Return & Exchange Policy
Mayde Concrete adheres to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010. As such and as communicated on our website and in our terms and conditions, we do not accept exchanges, returns and refunds:
- if you change your mind
- if you ordered the wrong item
- if you were made aware of any relevant fault before purchase
- if you damaged products by misusing them
- as the result of delays by any mail or courier service.
Our products are made to order and production begins as soon as orders are placed, no exchange or returns will be applicable.
- Colour samples are final, no exchange or returns will be applicable.
- Sale items are final, no exchange or returns will be applicable.
Items damaged in transit will only be applicable for exchange if we are notified within 48 hours after delivery.
RETURNING GOODS
The buyer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Products must be returned undamaged or exchange request will be denied. Please ensure the items are well packaged and includes insurance and tracking.

EXPECTATION OF CONCRETE
Please read through our Expectations Guide on our Support Page to ensure full understanding of our handmade products and its variances. Mayde Concrete does not warrant against damage due to improper installation or improper care as outlined in Mayde Concrete’s Care Guide.
Please ensure your order is accurate before finalising your purchase. Production will began after your order is received and products will be dispatched upon completion.
